CONTRACT  FOR  BREADTH.BIZ  PC BASED  ACCESS

I, the undersigned, hereby undertake the hereunder contract with Salil V Gangal.

1) ACCESS:
   I, hereby apply for access to BREADTH.BIZ PC BASED Analysis and
   any web pages that are contained on, displayed at, distributed through,
   hyperlinked, downloaded or accessed from it.  (collectively the
   'service').  I hereby acknowledge, that Salil V Gangal's discretion in
   matter it granting the access will be final and binding. I acknowledge
   that the access granted may be terminated by Salil V Gangal at any time.

2) RELIABILITY / COMPLETENESS / ACCURACY / TIMELINESS / UP-TO-DATE-NESS:
   I hereby acknowledge, that Salil V Gangal neither represents nor endorses
   the reliability and/or completeness and/or accuracy and/or timeliness
   and/or up-to-date-ness of any of the data, information or contents
  (collectively, the 'material') of the 'service'.

3) RISK:
   I hereby acknowledge, that any reliance upon the 'service' and/or the
   'material', shall be at my own risk.

4) AS IS BASIS:
   I hereby acknowledge,  that the 'service' and the 'material' are provided
   by  Salil V Gangal on an 'as is' basis.

5) LIABILITY:
   I hereby acknowledge, that Salil V Gangal has expressly disclaimed all the
   warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties
   of merchantability and fitness for a particular use or purpose, with
   respect to the 'service' and/or 'material'.  In no event shall I hold
   Salil V Gangal liable for any direct, indirect, contingent, incidental,
   consequential or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to
   the 'service' and/or the 'material'.

6) APPLICABLE LAW:
   This contract is governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.  I agree to
   the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra,
   India in all the disputes arising out of or in relation to the use of this
   'service' and/or the 'material'. I understand that the use of this
   'service' is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect
   to all provisions of this contract, including but not limited to this
   'APPLICABLE LAW' section.

7) AUTHORIZED USAGE:
   I undertake to access and/or use the 'service' and/or the 'material' for
   my own personal use. I undertake to not publish, distribute, transmit,
   broadcast, circulate, sell or commercially exploit any part of the
   'material' provided by the 'service'. I undertake not to share my username
   and/or password assigned to me by Salil V Gangal for accessing the
   'service' with anyone.  I hereby acknowledge, that my access username
   and/or password will be changed from time to time.

8) DATA SHARING:
   I undertake not to share any of the data I download/access from the
   'service' with any entity (person/organization) for commercial /
   non-commercial use. I undertake not to convert data I download/access
   from the 'service' for sharing with any entity (person/organization).

9) MONITORING / MAINTENANCE / BREAK-DOWN / UNAVAILABILITY:
   I undertake to permit monitoring of my access activities within this
   'service'. I hereby acknowledge, that  the 'service' might not be available
   due to maintenance and/or break-down and/or Salil V Gangal being unable to
   keep the 'service' available due to personal reasons.  I hereby acknowledge
   that any unavailability  of the 'service' will be compensated by granting
   access for an additional duration for which the 'service' was unavailable.
