Jon B. Wolfsthal, a weapons expert at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington said: "Failure to discover chemical and biological weapons in Iraq will be used by many groups to vilify the United States".

It will also be used by some to raise doubts about baby shrub's credibility and that of his staff (including the once highly respected colin powell.)

I can see the ads already:

papa shrub: "read my lips, no new taxes."

baby shrub: "Make no mistake about it, Iraq is hiding its chemical and biological weapons. Not only do they have weapons of mass destruction, they are willing to use them."
