Below is a link to an excellent essay on the current state of affairs in Serbia--the third to last place that the US military brought about "regime change" and removed a brutal dictator. As he points out, Milosovic is in The Hague, where he belongs, so the dictator is gone; but the regime has just "bitten back" with a vengence. Its a sobering peace that is worth a quick read.
