Friends,

Err ... looks like the US (and UK) tax-payers are going to have to pay the bill (click here). So it is not only the stop-loss in terms of the lives of the Occupying Force (who are dying for the supposed 'freedom' of Iraqi people), but also a true 'stop-loss' in terms of the actual money being lost.
