Yes, I think I heard something like that. I think they stopped recounting the votes in certain counties when it became clear that the Dems would lose more votes than they would gain -- and if my memeory is correct, they never did count the many votes from the men at sea whose mail was shipped out without postmark, a customary practice in the Navy.

Now the Dems are calling the Bush landing on the Lincoln just a staged photo op -- right out of Clinton's school like the staged photo at Normandy Beach where, with tears in in his eyes, Clinton nealt down on the white sandy beach and as the cameras clicked, he picked up some stones that "happened" to be there on that otherwise stoneless beach, and formed a Cross.
