Hi Eric,

I thought they are referring to things like commercial aircrafts, plastique explosives, detonators triggered by cell-phones etc.

Did not know that it is similar to 'Weapons of Mass Destruction', only qualification being that they become 'Weapons of Mass Terror' when held by 'Bad-Guys'.

... Right ... So today the Nukiler (*smile*) Weapons held by Pakis are 'Weapons of Mass Destruction'. When those very weapons are being held by 'bad-guys' they will become 'Weapons of Mass Terror'. ... Hmmmm. Interesting. ... So lets see ... if a democratically elected government of Pakis is thought to be 'bad-guys' then the conversion happens ... when some AQ II sells the very same things to 'rogue' nations conversion takes place. ... I guess I get it. *grin*
