Given the Shenanigans that went on in Missouri, Montana, Florida and other states where honest vote counts were about as speculative as you claim my predications are, it is anybody's guess as to who really had the majority.

However, if you concede that Bush fairly won the electoral vote (the majority that really counts), I will concede that Gore really won the popular vote. Fortunately, we will never know if the popular vote majority would have been right. But I am "predicting" that there will be no question about Bush winning the 2000 election.
