"Hypothtically ... So far we have not seen any super virus/worm that can cripple the entire computer-network infrastructure affecting Financial / Telecommunication / Defence / ATC / TV / Radio / Nuclear and other computer-networks. If it indeed were to become a reality someday, then perhaps you'll term the computer training classes that teach Assembly/C++/Java/... across the globe, as WMD factories. Won't you ?"
======================================================

My comments on human terrorists being WMD were mainly tongue-in-cheek just to see how you and Eric would respond. My main point was just to point out that the definition of what is or is not a WMD is really a fuzzy line.

I am not opposed to all military training costs, just terrorist training camps aimed at the US and our Allies. I am not opposed to companies that manufacture weapons, just to the terrorists who use them against us and our allies.

In your hypothetical example, I would not be opposed to all computer training classes, just those run by criminals seeking to cripple our networks.

Let's use some common sense here, and not get hung up on nitpicking.
