Friends,

My impression was that the Armed Forces of US are not (yet) mandated to help form/twist the public opinion. There is a story at the URL http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/3190934.stm which makes me believe as if such mandate is there ... Gosh ... YLSNED (You Learn Something New Every Day)
